Dimensional Flying Geese

Post by cindyg » Mon Jul 23, 2007 9:27 am

I just watched episode #107 on The Quilt Show and Ricky Tims showed a ONE SEAM way to do dimensional flying geese that I thought was so cool. He shows this technique at the beginning of the show so you don't have to watch the whole thing unless you just want to. I love watching all quilting shows so...

The flying geese demo was great! I love the look of flying geese but tend to avoid working with triangles. Now it's on my list of things to do real soon!

Oh, I just posted about this before I read your post! This method is great! You have to watch it to understand, at least I'd never be able to follow written directions about how to do it.

Sewbug, I'm going to go back and watch it and write down the instructions. I think I can do it after watching him a couple of times and then having the written instructions in front of me. It's just the neatest thing.
