Now that I've mastered the photo function here, I thought I could do this "quillt block puzzle":

What kind of block do you get if you take one of these:

...then take two of these:

...and then finally one of these?

I don't know what you would come up with but I really like it. Let us know what it would be. May have to add that to my list of projects.

Is it a butterfly? I copied and printed the pictures out. I'm not really sure. Tried to put them together like a puzzle. May be way off.

I believe it to me a butterfly. I have an inkling that I know where the pattern may have come from but will remain mute until she gives us the answer.

I think I'll keep silent a little bit longer... (Actually, my camera battery needed to be reloaded so can't take a picture of the finished block(s) just yet :-))
