You did a great job!!!! I needed that extra boost to get started on mine. I have two (make that three) quilts that have to get quilted this week. I won't be able to piece much. sigh

Beautiful Quilt. Did you quilt 1/4 in around the designs in the blocks?

Yes. It's quilted 1/4" around the pieces. In the framing there are 1 1/2" alternating diamonds and circles. The diamonds are repeated in the cornerstones. In the sashing I did an oval and diamond cable. I stitched in the ditch around around the framing and sashing and the borders. The inner border simply has a line of stitching down the middle of it (it' 2 1/2" wide). The outer border (abt 7 1/4" wide) I stitched two rows echoing the scallop 2" apart.

Your quilt is beautiful. I hope the one I am working on for BOM comes out at least half as nice as yours. I have done a quilt as you go technique before so I might give it some thought about doing my Egg Money Quilt that way also.
