Cindy I was at Borders Book store yesterday reading a quilting magazine and there was an article on round robins. Instead of having 4 people in each group there were 6 participants. It had some great ideas about what was used in each border, triangles in one, rectangles, curves etc. I think this would be a good idea for the next one instead of pieced, plain and applique again. Oh well, just a thought but not until the first of next year for me.

Please keep me in mind for a new round robin. Looking forward to it. I've got my sewing room re-arranged and want to get to some serious quilting.

SewSew, GC's block is in the mail to you. I hope you like what I did! I'm a little nervous...But I'm sure it will be fine, I just always get nervous about sending things off. :)

As lon as you're happy with what I did, GC, I'll be a happy camper! I wish I could send you a picture for my peace of mind, but that would be against the rules. *sigh*

Leetec, I will keep an eye out for GQ's block.

Gardenquilter, I sent out CindyB's block in the mail to you this morning. I had a hard time deciding what to do for my border but I think it all works. I guess we all feel like this when its time to send on the block to the next person.

This really has been fun! A bit challenging to think of something for someone else's quilt but still very fun. I did somethng on GC's quilt that I don't think I would have done for myself. I'm glad I did though, because it turned out that it wasn't as difficut as I thought it would be and I think it looks great. I'll use the techinicue more often now.

Just one more round to go!!!!
