Never fear Ollie....one of these days you will have the time. It took me 3 starts to really get into quilting. But once the bug really got its teeth into me, I was on my way. I will never be one to make all those beautiful art quilts. I just like to take simple patterns and use the best color I can find. I belong to a longarm chat room and some of the work they do is unbelievable. You have to be a true artist to achieve some of the things they do, not just with their quilting, but with their piecing. I prefer simpler things. I give all my quilts away, and I want people to USE them.
