BATTING FOR HAND QUILTING

Post by missmarcia »

Mom and I are fixing to start quilting on a whole cloth quilt but we don't know what batting would be the best. Any suggestions??

I've never done a whole cloth quilt. I sent you an email about batting.

Personally, I love all cotton batting for hand quilting, it's just so much easier. My DGS's has low loft poly because he wanted a "fluffy" one but trust me the cotton is much easier to work on.

Just my 2 cents. Good luck with whatever you choose!

Missmarcia - when I glance at your name it looks like "Missamerica" and my mind says, "oh, there's Miss America saying something". LOL
