This is not a quilting question and I know we have the cookbook coming, but one of my girls at work gave me fresh rhubarb today and it will not keep until the book is ready. I am looking for recipes using rhubarb. I love it, but my husband does not, consequently I do not very often make it. Any help will be appreciatef

You know I've seen it, but I've never had it. It must be good, or so many people wouldn't eat it.
