Oh, Linda, please. No need to apologize - we are all frustrated and complaining about postage and gasoline going up. We just have to realize that if we want convenience we have to pay for it. I buy most of my fabric at my LQS because I like to see the fabric colors and feel the fabric and just look at everything. So instead of spending shipping charges I spend gas money. And I spend the gas money because I sure don't want to ride my bike over there - my car is my convenience. I do order from QIAD books, DVD's, rulers, and some fabric but I also like to support my LQS - I spread my business around so everybody gets a piece of pie.

QIAD is the best way to shop! Very convenient, time saver, efficient and friendly customer service and great products. Why would anyone shop anywhere else? I would rather support QIAD than my LQS or Joanns. Thank you Linda for all your hard work!!!

Linda, Please, no apology needed. We are all in the same state of rising prices of gas and shipping. QIAD doesn't add any little extras like several others do and that in itself makes your site superior. Plus we always know we will get the best quality of products from you. You all are so friendly, and helpful at QIAD.
You all are the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'll probably be riding my scooter to my 2 nearest shops soon! Really - DH bought Honda scooters for us a couple of years ago, and he rides his all over during the summer because we get 100+ mpg! (almost said MPH - they only go 40 with a tailwind).

No need for apologies Linda. None at all. You cannot help that costs keeps rising. Your quality has NOT deteriorated and that makes it worth it to me, to shop online w/QIAD. I don't make it to the LQS but maybe once every other month or so. So I really prefer to shop online here. At least I never have to worry about the quality. That is a huge plus in my book.

I'm with zfatcat on this...I try to have my order total $100. It makes the fabric costs seem
even better. I love my QIAD boxes-everything is packaged so nicely and there's a little
surprise inside too.

No need to appoligize for the rate increase on shipping and postage, Linda. You let us have
this wonderful board to meet friends-and you don't charge us a cent. Thank you.
