Re: Quilter Health
kadie,
No I haven't read that topic "regional differences" but I will tonite.
I have decided that the kitten I'm keeping is going to be named
"lollie" if it is a girl. For the life of me I can't figure out yet
what sex it is. Time will tell. They are only 5 1/2 weeks old and
fat little butterballs !

What colour are they? I love the name but what if it is a little tom?
Punk is teething!! He is chewing everything he can find.He has an old toy furry puppy that belonged to one of the kids years ago and he chews it and cleans it and bashes it up.I had a look in his mouth last nite and his little baby fangs are just about falling out to make room for his big boy teeth.
He is certainly a character and still has a bit of an attitude but he is very gentle and has never hurt us once with his claws or teeth.
Bye the way a butter ball over here is a frozen turkey!!

Kadie, My favorite use for graham crackers is for making S'mores - a treat with a still-hot toasted marshmallow and a square of Hershey's chocolate between 2 squares of graham cracker. (Am I really talking about this under the topic of Quilter Health??) The hot marshmallow melts the chocolate and YUMMY! A Girl Scout invention, I think. Graham crackers also taste a little like Digestive Biscuits, which I rarely find here, but are very common in Canada, so maybe you have them.

She got a divorce and a new group of single friends and is enjoying the single life. Not for me~! lol I LOVE DH bringing n a paycheck and being in my life daily. BTW, he loves Smore's and Choc. No Bake cookies as much as I do. LOL He is soooo a Chocoholic.

Kadie,
I haven't forgotten you !! Bought a Yorkshire Terrior pup a few days
ago and boy have I been busy !! She is 8 weeks and just adorable!!
My husband figured out today two of the kittens we have are boys and they are grey, and the one I'm keeping is cream color and is a
girl. Yippee !! I've got to go thru my sewing room and puppy proof
it! I laughed when you said a butterball is a turkey over there,
and it for sure is one over here too! But we use this expression
also if something is chubby and adorable! Now I can add my puppy
to that list. I named her "Rosie".

I'm sooooo jealous!!! A kitten AND a puppy.Rosie is such a sweet name. When will you introduce them to each other?
Punk had a big adventure yesterday. I was inside and heard a ruckus on the roof.I thought it was a bit early for Santa so went outside and here Punk is on the roof meowing and running up and down.
He had climbed a tree next to the laundry and jumped across to the roof.I managed to coax him back onto the tree branch and after a few near falls I grabbed him and took him inside.
That's OK until about half an hour later I heard him up there again!!
This time he wouldn't come to the tree branch so I had to get a ladder out of the shed and climb right to the top and holding onto the gutter I managed to grab the little critter with the other hand. That was not easy I can tell you.
Thankfully he didn't go back up and hopefully he won't. Have fun with your new little fur babies, and good luck with the house training!!
Maybe I should sign this Butterball, though I'm not that adorable just fat!!
