My DH does not come to the forum but he does listen patiently when I tell him what we're up to.

But he does have his own fabric stash and he's been designing some quilts. I have not doubt that when he starts on it, he'll do a fantastic job as he's a perfectionist!

Today we went to my mom's with my daughter and her sorority sister. Mom had generously offered the girls some fabric from her stash for a quilt they're working on. My daughter found all this "space" fabric with spaceships, aliens, planets, etc. My DH claimed it for his own and brought it home for his stash. He's a sci fi addict and couldn't resist!

I'm hoping he'll forget about it and I can make him a throw quilt for Christmas. What better to snuggle up with when you're watching sci fi?!?!

My DH rolls his eyes when I talk quilting, just like I do when he talks garden! However, he did take one of my quits with him when he left for Ohio. I hope he brings it home on weekends so it doesn't go missing from his extended stay hotel. He also buys me quilt things for presents so I know he's not all bad.

My husband has designed, or helped me design a few of my quilts. I keep telling him I am going to give him one of my machines soon, lol...

My DH just shakes his head and laughs when we are in a clothing store and I have to touch every item to feel the fabric. He once asked why I have to feel every fabric I see. Well, duh! lol

I'm thinking Holon wants to know if there are any actual men signed on here and communicating with us! Like maybe John Flynn? C'mon, guys, inquiring minds want to know. Come clean - admit your addiction, and get out in the open!
