Would love to do this one!!! I would prefer 6" squares, but whatever the majority wants is okay with me. I was just thinking about doing one of these!! How great minds think alike~

Oh, yeah! That would be great - 6 or 8 inch work for me... I can see some John Deere tractors here.... or some of my butterfly fabric!!!

I ahve made a few of these quilts and they are so much fun! I'd love to do this depending on the deadline.

So either 6 or 8 inch squares. 5 inch would be harder because lots of fabrics have bigger pictures on them.
I'm thinking that signup would end Feb. 1, Fabric in by Feb. 20, and charms back out by March 1.

I would like to do this swap too. I was thinking that there are 26
letters in the alphabet. If we have 26 quilters each one could take
a different letter of the alphabet, then we would each get one
square for each letter. I don't know, what do you think???

Hi Karen, I like your idea. It would make a nice baby quilt. But could we do that as a different swap? I was hoping to do the 30 person limit, 2 per person swap so we'd get back 60 charms, all different which is enough to do a larger size quilt. When I'm in the fabric store with my son (which is almost every time I'm there because he's not in daycare), I don't get a whole lot of time to browse fabrics. For me, looking for fabric that is specific for a certain letter could be a major undertaking.
Plus, you may find that with 30 people signed up and 60 coming back to you, you might get a charm for nearly every letter anyway. Then you could make the alphabet quilt and have leftovers for an I Spy quilt!

This is a good one for me. I have made "I Spy" type quilts for each one of my grandchildren when they turn 3. Have 3 left to do unless my children keep re-producing. Anyway, I quite a collection to share and would be great to get some different ones. Count me in! Just have to do the cutting; but have lots of time.

I think I would like to do this one too, as long as I don't have to send anything before Christmas. Too busy right now.
So please add me to the list and I will see what kind of fabric I can find. I just have to remember not to cut them 5". HaHa!
