JoAnns "Snuggle" flannel

Post by LynnS » Mon Oct 22, 2007 1:25 am

At JoAnns there's Snuggle Flannel and Quilters flannel. Snuggle is on sale for $2 a yard. Is this OK for quilts? I'm not doing a rag quilt. Thanks!

I love their snuggle fabric for receiving blankets for babies...never tried it in a quilt.

I imagine it'd be fine. I buy lots of flannel at Joannes when it's 99cents after Thanksgiving. I'd recommand washing it first before putting it in a quilt just to make sure it shrinks before you sew it.

I just got back from buying some for a couple of pillow cases. It's in the washing machine now.
