Tea Party Photos (for GP)

Post by Susie » Mon Oct 01, 2007 4:45 pm

Some of you may remember that I recently had a "tea party" to celebrate the 100th birthday of a doll that I inherited from a cousin. My grandkids absolutely love this doll and so I thought we should have a party for her (she was made in 1907). What a hoot!
My dear husband was the "butler" and served the tea while I told the story of Amy the doll. The kids were absolutely enthralled and were on their best behavior! Hope you enjoy the pics (GP asked that I post them but at the time I couldn't figure out how to do it). Have a laugh! Susie

Beautiful Photos. How nicely you are all dressed. I wish I could have something like this with my granddaughter and her friends but they would never exchange jeans and sweat shirts for something pretty.

What a treat to see these pictures - and to see that a little boy can enjoy a tea party, too.

What a wonderful way to share your family history with the grandkids. Your hightops look great and what a lovely group picture, everyone looks like they are having a great time.
