customer service

Post by crispj » Tue May 15, 2007 5:20 am

I just wanted to post the experience I had yesterday with the customer servide person at the Quilt In A Day shop.
I had placed an internet order over the weekend and got the 50% off sale for the book which was the weekend special. As fate would have it, my daughter bought the same book for me for Mother' Day. I called customer service on Monday and was told whatever I wanted they would do for me. I chose another book which they gave me for the sale price. I felt very special with the service I recieved.
The moral of this story is shop at Quilt in a Day on line if you want to be totally satisfied with your order.

Hi crispj - I agree with you. QIAD has excellent customer service. Anybody else and they might have said 'tuff tarts'.

Welcome crispj! Please join in on some of the fun going on, like the BOM's and fabric swaps.

Cindyg "'tuff tarts'" That's hilarious!

That was really nice. I've never called up, just used online. Good to know though just in case I ever do need to call.

What's even better is when they call you to make sure the order is right! I had ordered some
fabric and, being the blond that I am, put the skinny bolt in my shopping cart twice. They
called to let me know-and I told them to just pick out another piece of fabric for me. They
are amazing. Love to shop QIAD!

I have had to call a couple times because of a change I wanted to make. Both times they could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Must be a fun place to work.

Dear Crispj and all,
Thank you so very much for the kind words about our Customer Service Dept. All three of these gals are just great! Mary, Angela, and Karyn work hard at making sure your orders are processed correctly. They are all quilters and enjoy working with quilters. I can't wait to show them this post. You have made their day!

Welcome to the forum, I am happy you joined us and hope you will be an active poster!

Linda
