Quilt in a Day Forums

These blocks were a swap or a lotto, I can’t remember which. The blocks measure 20 inches finished and the quilt will be 60 in.². I found a fabric in my stash of backings that was perfect. Columns of pink dogwoods. I think Cindy gave me this fabric years ago and this was a perfect use for it and the exact amount I needed. Those scrappy strips on three sides are just basted on to give a place for the long arm clamps to grab hold. They will be coming off after Quilting.

They were a lotto, I did 2 blue, the middle might be mine. I hope it wasn't the problem block. We didn't them over the winter time because I remember working on them at the coast.
