Week 2 Sew Along... Here it is!

Have you been patiently waiting for me to wake up and tell you about this weeks Sew Along Block

Did you Guess? Ok... I know it's hard, as I have lots of favorites.. but this one is also the name of a town in Germany....

MaryQ: explain please, why is this block going to be 12" instead of 12 1/2"?
I love this block. Will start looking through my fabrics.
I have 4 1/4" on wedges. And 5 1/2" for center.
This one will be FUN!

There is a pattern for this block in egg money book. But be careful – the pattern can make an 18 inch block or a 12 1/2 inch block. I started in cutting immediately and realized I was cutting the wrong size! Achhh!!

I knew it! Been getting lots of practice lately as I am trying to complete a whole quilt worth of them.
