WENT TO DR Monday TO GET RESULTS OF BLOOD WORK. HAVE NOT FELT UP TO PAR FOR OVER A YEAR AND FIGURED MY CFIDS WAS GETTING WORSE, ETC. HE STARTED ME ON VITAMIN D, 5000 UNITS. TO READ I HAD ALL OF THE SYMPTONS OF THE VIT DEFICIENCY.

WANTED TO SHARE THIS WITH YOU AS I ALWAYS THOUGHT D WAS USED FOR NOT HAVING ENOUGH SUN. AND IT SAYS THERE IS AN EPIDEMIC OF PEOPLE IN USA WITH THIS DEFICIENCY. A MERE BLOOD TEST FOR THIS WILL TELL YOU IF YOU SHOULD BE TAKING VITAMIN D.

ALSO, MY FRIEND GOES TO SAME DR AND SHE FOUND OUT YESTERDAY SHE WAS DANGEROUSLY LOW ON D, SHE TAKES 50,000 UNITS NOW.
