Supper Club - Wednesday, June 15

Good morning,

Beautiful, hot and windy here today. Not a cloud in sight. Ethan and I got our morning chores done, so now we can play - Ethan outside in the backyard and me in the Batt Cave.

It is clean out the refrig day for meals - the kids will be home early from work today.

Nothing much happening here, just the same stuff different day.

Jana Your little Ethan is your sidekick.So neat.Congrats on Sarah's accomplishments.Know you're proud.

Irish My Heart went out to you remembering your DS.My Mom lost 2 children in 2 months time,oldest & youngest.Youngest had diphtheria & oldest DB drowned on a school picnic at end of school year.It was a very sad time.I was 5 at the time.
My Mother would cry as long as she lived if you talked about them.My DGD named little Avery after my little Sister.It really touched me that she did that.And she has My DS,s little plate hanging on her kitchen wall.It is a tin one with ABCs around edge.So my Hugs to you today.Do hope Jim continues to improve.

We got some much needed rain so maybe I won't have to water.Sounded like music to my ears.

After a morning of blood work for both of us & buying groceries,I am now doing laundry.
We have leftover ribs.Will add some sides.And DH visited the bakery too. We are set.

Izzy Sure was surprised to see you live 1 hr from Mom & Dad.Always thought they were close.Do hope your skin allergies get better.

Well I made the tenderloin last night and we sliced it for sandwiches:) tonight will be left overs.

I just got in from piano and boy does she think Im Liberachi or something with the new composition she gave me. I moved up a level and boy is it frightening:) Makes me feel good that she thinks I am ready for it but scares the heck out of me LOL

My eczema got hot on ride home in my bluejean skirt and now Im itchy. put on the cream and will go take a benedryl. I still have to milk and feed but gotta cool down first.

I think I will make homemade ice cream in the morning. Not too hot outside to run the machine. Its noisy and DD doesnt do well with noise.

Mom just called and daddy is having a really off day. He started with the loose bowels, sweats and confusion again. I may be headed there tonight if things get worse. No sleeping tonight. My poor momma is beside herself. Its getting to point I will have to decide on moving them out here or just bringing him here for a while to give momma a break. Prayers would be appreciated.

Well better decide what to make with the tenderloin:) Hugs

Hi Everyone!
Today is the first day I have been able to do whatever I pleased. I went to exercise this morning and read for a while, I called for an appointment next week and now I can sew.

Becca - I agree, we are fortunate to have fresh fruit and vegetables. Is your DD still visiting?

Izzy - I too, was surprised your parents were so far away. Congratulations on your piano lessons.

Jana - Isn't it nice to have same old, same old?

Tonight we will finish Parmesan Chicken, and will add potatoes and broccoli with a salad for dinner.
