SUPPER CLUB - Christmas Day

Post by purrfect-lady » Thu Dec 25, 2014 2:49 am

Merry Christmas!

I hope everyone is enjoying special time with people you love today. And I hope there's yummy food involved! and for the record, 'stuffed clams' (who knew you could stuff them!!) don't fall into that category. Katy is new to Supper Club and possible didn't know about the NO SEAFOOD RULE here. We eat "mac'n'cheese" instead. However you want to fix it = fillets, sticks, sandwiches, etc. But it's 'mac'n'cheese'. And sometimes we have macaroni and cheese, too!

I haven't planned any supper. We will be having a late brunch at Autumn's so might be too full for a supper. But we have leftover soup, I think, in the fridge if we get hungry later tonite.

Wishing you all a blessed Christmas!

Everyone is coming here for dinner at noonish. #1 son will be bringing the ham. Hopefully we can get a few left overs for supper. If not, it will be lots of veggies, pickles and olives, chips and dips, and cookies from my contributions. I also have some leftover soup.

Of course, there is always a trip to town for Chinese food!

Merry Christmas to All!

We had a brunch of Apple pancake and bacon. We will have lasagna for dinner. This was a special request from DGS #3, so there will be leftovers to take on his ski trip tomorrow. (We are at our DD#1 in CT, but it is not very cold, so I think his trip may be ski-less!)
