Felt like cooking today. It is rainy, cool and cloudy.

Our menu for today is:

Smothered pork chops with brown gravy
Fried pork chops
Steam rice
Sweet corn
Garlic Bread

Dessert:

Sweet Potato Pie made with Mexican vanilla

Mmmmmmm Good!
