Go here and look at all the stuff they offer for machine, long-arm and hand quilters. Stencils, chalk pouncers that last until you heat the "chalk", I love it all. They have videos and it looks easy.
Anyone who's ever wanted to machine quilt free-motion, this is the way to go.
I'm so excited I just had to let everyone know. This way is easier than writing each of you individually! lol.
