Randi Gustafson

I am not sure if this was ever posted on QIAD but Randi Gustafson passed on March 22. I had been emailing her about Mo and asking about the two new additions to the family and had not heard back. I knew that she wasn't feeling well off and on but strong. I sent her a birthday card, her birthday was June 30. Today I got a 3 page letter from her husband Bruce telling me she had passed, and he told me hour by hour what happened. He also sent her obituary and her church service pamphlet. She loved her roosters in every shape and form. Such a loving person with a great seance of humor. always ended her messages, cards and letters with Oofa. She will be so sadly missed.

CHRISSY, I remember a "Randi" from quite a while back, but seems like she didn't post often. What was her forum name? How did she die?

If i am not mistaken she was WeeOne30 . Her birthday was June 30. She didn't post very often. She passed in her sleep. Bruce said the autopsy said cardiac or pulmonary arrest due to unknown etiology. I really dont feel comfortable posting e erything he wrote as it was very peesonal. When she used to post she would talk about her two Asian grand babies.
there are now a total of 5 grand babies. Oofah!!!!

Oh, so sad! I honestly don't remember her, and maybe she was here more before I joined. It's always sad to lose another quilter, and one of our own!!! Please give her DH my condolences.

Isn't WeeOne Lyn Hanson? Maybe I'm confused - it certainly wouldn't be the first time. Condolences to Randi's family. It's so hard to watch our loved ones become ill and die. Prayers sent up.

I really do not know for sure if WeeOne30 is Lynn Hanson or if it was Randi. I will see if I can back trck through one of their mails. Sorry for the confusion

The WeeOne I am aware of was Lyn. I found a post she did on March 22 so it sure sounds like it was a sudden event. Will keep her family in my prayers. Sad news.
