Beachinmama Needs Ideas!
Hello Lovelies!
I would love some suggestions for a project I have started. It's a Jelly Roll that I have divided up and sewn into groups of three. So I have several long strips in groups of three. I'm not sure what to do with them! I saw one video with Elanor cutting up some sewn jelly rolls and putting them in a bag, and then radomly taking them out to make sort of a jumbled design. Cute as can be! I can't for the life of me remember the name of it? Any suggestions would be appreciated! I'd love to hear!

if you click on the shop online button at the top of this page you will see El's patterns that are specifically for jelly rolls... another thought is a rail fence ... if you google jelly roll patterns you will find scads of things to make.

Thank you so much, Chris''''s!
I found the fence video and another one that I loved... I started watching one video and ended up watching several others done by Elanor. So much fun!

Next time you want to do something quick with a Jelly Roll, Google "jelly roll race" and watch one of the videso. TAhis looks like a hoot! I've also included the link to written instructions as well.

Look at Eleanor's Signature pattern Twice As Nice. You're already half way there with your strips sewn 3 together! That pattern makes 3 quilts out of one Jelly Roll and some fabric for borders and/or sashing.
