Sept. Block Lotto-Quilter's Block Choice - Halloween/Fall - Any Pictures yet?

TODAY IS THE DAY!!!! AND I am know that I will be receiving the rest of the blocks in the mail today ... so this is the scoop ...

I count 56 blocks on my list ...

DH pulled JO's name as the FIRST WINNER which is GREAT as she has very kindly offered to take the Halloween blocks. I will send her the 4 blocks that she and Tracy made.
BUT ... that doesn't sound like very many blocks so... I am going to be creative as the hostess and swap the 4 Fall blocks I made for enough Halloween Fabric from my stash so she will be able to make more blocks of her choice. I will hang on to the Fall ones I made to add to another lotto in the future.

So if my math is right ...

Welcome to the September Block LOTTO! Summer is over, the kids are in school and we are getting ready for all the FALL FESTIVITIES!.
*** The block this month will be a "Quilter's (12 1/2") Choice"

I know that Halloween is in October so for those who might like to make a quilt from these fabrics here is your chance. (I was given some fabric so this is my way of making some blocks and sending it to someone lucky - or I will gladly trade)
I know some of you DO NOT like to use these fabrics so I am making this a "CHOICE" month.
Here are the choices ...
* 1 - Halloween prints with some TOT's (you may use black)
or
* 2 - RICH FALL prints with some TOT's (please NO black)
maybe a pumpkin or two in the fabric
or
* 3 - You can make both if you choose (let me know how many of each)

* Please measure your block - The WINNER MUST be able to square up her block to 12 1/2"
* DO NOT square up your blocks.
* Please use GOOD QUALITY fabrics.
* From a quilting point of view - Please fix any twisted seams
* Do NOT write your name on your blocks. "Print" your name on a piece of paper then place it in the baggie with the blocks OR write your name on the outside of the baggie with permanent marker.
* Write on the baggie how many blocks are inside. You DO NOT have to send lots of baggies.

***** When you put them in the baggie can you please have the right side of the fabric showing on both sides. Makes it easier to sort them out for the winners.

* Above all have fun choosing your colors and making your blocks.
1 ticket = early sign-up by Labor Day
1 ticket = 1 block
2 extra tickets = if you send $2.00 for shipping to the winners.
** Any money I do not use for shipping goes in a jar to be used next month. I do not pocket any of it. This truly did help in the cost of shipping to the winners.

OPTIONAL: Only if you want more tickets - your choice ...
1 ticket = 1st 5 pals to mail blocks to me (make sure I can see the postmark date)
1 ticket = a pumpkin in your print
1 ticket = apples in your print
