I purchased an HQ16 a couple of years ago and have never used it. There wasn't a manual with it, just a cd. I would love to have a manual for this. I am the type person who needs the pictures and written directions.( a big dummy!) Does anyone know where I can get one? I have contacted the company and they say "it's on the cd!" Not much help for me. The people I bought it from are over 2 hours away so I can't just run over there for the help. Any one have any help for me?

Did you look to see what is on the CD? Perhaps the instruction manual is on there in a PDF file that you would need to print out.
