Does anyone know how to make Cup Cozy?

I just search "quilted cup cosy" and came up with several hits.

check out Connecting Threads, I remember seeing a kit for cup sleeves in one of the catalogs. I thought I saved the catalog, but right now cannot put my hands on it. If I come across it, I'll let you know. In the meantime, you might go to their webpage.

I made several of these and just went to a coffee shop and used their cozies for a pattern. I used regular cotton batting and secured the ends with stitching. Very easy peasy
