Quilt in a Day Forums

Hi, I'm about to take a class making Orion's Star and fell in love with the quilt that is photographed on the back cover of the book. Does anyone know what the name of the fabric line was used for this quilt?

Drats - can't find my book at the moment - but I know that the quilt on the front is from El's True Blue Line at QIAD. Try there - online is great

Thanks Jana. I Knew that the front cover quilts used El's True Blue line but am clueless about the back cover quilt. If I could find out the fabric manufacturer that would narrow down my search.

Julia, try calling the QIAD customer service number. They have always been very helpful to others on the forum with questions. I'm sure they could tell you which line it is.

I have no idea either but I too loved the colors used.

I have the book too and really like the fabric on the back of the cover-Its hard to find fabric without the manufacture. I have been looking for fabric like that too

Hi everyone, Robin at Quilt in a Day here.

That quilt was made with Cambridge Square. The designer is Ro Greeg and the manufacturer is Northcott/Monarch.

We cannot get anymore of this fabric but maybe there is someone out there that still has some left.

I don't have the book, so not sure if any of these are right, but I occasionally buy off Ebay and don't have problems. People often have yardage in their ebay stores that you can't find in stores any more.
