Hey there! My mom will be 74 on March 19th and I would love to take her on some sort of fun quilt retreat. Somewhere we can drive to - Nevada, Idaho, Utah or Oregon perhaps? i'm open to any suggestions and it can be small. We can have a great time anywhere! thanks! Marcy

That's a wonderful thing to do for your mom! That's a big area you've mentioned. I don't know of any during that time period in those areas. I hope you find one to do together with your mom.

You might have better luck checking with local quilt shops and quilt guilds. They are usually the ones who arrange retreats.

How about asking her what or where she would likto to do or see? How about having her watch the travel channel and see what shakes her up? How about an ancestral place that she has always wanted to see but never had the money to do so?

HI, You should check with the Quilt Patch in Littlestown PA. It is a awesome store, and they can provide further information for you.

You guys are all amazing - I am serious when I say I am investigating each and every idea before I settle on anything. I do know we will have a great time!
