I know this is a very simple quilt but I wanted to share. I've done several of these as graduation gifts over the last few years & the kids sure like them. I had always sent them out to the LAQ but decided to do it myself on my machine. Worked great. Instead of doing the binding by hand, I sewed it to the back first & then wrapped it around & sewed if from the front. I just noticed inthe picture that it's not all exactly perfect. I decided to do it on the machine instead of by hand because I figured there'd be lost of washings since it's going to college with him. Oh well, Hope you enjoy

I don't think your quilt is simple. You did a great job and lots of love went into it, so that makes it really special.

Simple, oh my gosh no. AMAZING is more like it. I would love to learn to do something like this. Our grandson will graduate from high school in two years. He will be 16 in october. Did you use new purchased t shirts or ones already worn. AMAZING Thank you so much for sharing, it is wonderful.

kristilynette you did a fantastic job on this quilt!!

I've done several of these and the kids do absolutely LOVE them. I hand quilted mine and believe me when I say I'd never do it again! Machine quilting is the way to go!! lol!

It looks perfect to me!! Can't see any mistakes at all...what a great quilt!!
