Pine Creek Crossing Done & Gertie's New Home

I've been working on a Pine Creek Crossing kit from my LQS this week, and finally got it done last night. I made it for DH, since the fabric is moose, bears, etc. (and since the last one I made for us had buttons and spools of thread on it LOL.) He's been promising to get my sewing table done, but watching me wrestle this 72" x 90" beast over the 3.5" drop between my machine bed and the table top finally spurred him into action. He finished it yesterday, and I actually got to free motion the borders using it - what a difference! He gets the throw, I get the table - and the better end of the deal ;-)

Roben - The quilt is beautiful and your DH will love it. I love your sewing table!! I too do not have a flat surface to quilt on. I really need to work on space!

I think you BOTH got a good deal! The quilt is very nice! However, the table is great!

Man! The quilt is pretty but that table is gorgeous! You have come out ahead on this deal. Congrats on finishing the quilt & getting a great table out of it too.

Roben, Very nice color selection. I am sure your DH loved this quilt. I always like the fall colors too. Great job. WOW. What a nice table. Now you can really quilt up a storm. Have fun. And thanks for sharing the pics and the good news about the table
