Quilt in a Day Forums

Has anyone here ordered any fabric from Cotton Patch Quilting in California?? I'm interested in how efficient they are in handling orders. I placed an order 10 days ago, and though they claim they send orders within 48 hours via priority mail, I still haven't rec'd my order, nor do they respond to my email asking for status of the order. Is this a reputable firm??
The prices were great, but this wait is getting questionable and aggravating. What to do!!

Sorry I can't help; have never been to their site before. I hope you'll get your order soon. Does their site list a phone number? If so, maybe you should call them. I order a lot on the internet and have never had a problem.

I just clicked on the link and it says that a child has been in the hospital. Probably the reason for a slow response.
