Using charm squares?

I have about 40 southwest type 5 inch charm squares. I would like to use these to make a table topper for my daughter for Christmas. I can add some yardage. Does anyone have a good pattern for using these charms? Thanks.

I used to have a pattern, but can't find it now. Rats. I'm sure someone else will have ideas.

Thank you so much for that link, Evie. That is exactly what I was looking for, but just couldn't get it figured out in my mind. I wanted something simple, but cute. (grin)

Sandy, I plan on having lots of fun with this. I have never used charm packs before, but decided to give it a try.

So, guess what I will be doing tomorrow. LOL
