I mailed my 3 blocks out today. Finally, I didn't have any Christmas fabric, so I had to wait until I got to Joann's.

I was at one of our Walmarts and they still had fabric. I mentioned to the lady that I thought Walmart was doing away with the fabric department. She said that they had gotten over 10,000 signatures (yes 10,000) to keep the fabric. They will be keeping the fabric for another year. Hey, that's an idea,wonder if we could get fabric back in any of the other Walmarts.

WE have 3 Walmarts here and only one still has a fabric department. I plan to stock up this coming year while it still last.

New Walmart opened just last month and no fabric. One small isle of notions and machines but that's it.
