Hard time deciding on quilt block. Light bulb went off last night about 11 PM!! I have decided to do a 'Hospice' block. Now all I have to do is get my buns to the LQS & get to work. What fun!

CaroleJ - you're on the list now!!!!

CQ - I look forward to seeing your block! That sounds like you!!

I may post some of my fabric that I've bought for this - It just looks like a fall maple grove! Now, a touch of green for the evergreens, and brown for the earlier trees that have let go of all their leaves, and Oh, I need a touch of cream for the aspens/birch trees - have you ever seen a high country aspen grove in the fall - so beautiful! White, and gold, and green!!! Oh, my!

There are 3 Kansas blocks over at Quilterscache.com

What hobbies do you have beside quilting and what type of jobs have you had that might have a block named after it.

I had also looked at Contrary Wife - wouldn't that be funny!

Hey CindyB - how about after someone decides which block to do, you edit the name list and put that block after their name. It might also give others ideas about what type of block to do.

Evie - I thought about the contrary wifes block (lol) I found another Kansas block called Rocky Road to Kansas that I think I will do.

Leetec, A hospice block is just a name I put on my block. It is inspired by a quilt that was made for a local hospice company. S :)
