QC - I can relate to that one! DH does this - and forgets - but he has an excuse - he's on heavy paid meds until double knee replacement the end of Sept.

CindyB - my friend had double knee replacement and I sat at the hospital with her the day after her surgery. They came in there and got her up and had her walk to the sink and back and I thought I was going to pass out! It was not a picnic.

Cindyg...I'm so proud of you!

My pet peeve for today is when your bank or credit card company makes an error and then charges you for it. You have to spend a lot of time on the phone trying to get it resolved and they act so defensive!

Also, clients who send you an email because they need something done and then call an hour later to see why it's taking so long!

dragonfly917 just tell them, Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on my part.

Cindyg - he also had back surgery back in March - was supposed to get his knees replaced then, but had the back surgery instead.

The bright side - it's a great time for handwork - I'll be getting my applique butterfly quilt done in no time at this speed!

drives me bonkers when someone would rather defend the mistake than correct it

Quiltcreator - thanks for the help. I just tried it and it worked great. That will make it much easier for me to catch up.

My biggest pet peeve would be like many others on the forum, Improper timing in using the cell phone. We were in the middle of prayer at my mothers funeral and a phone rang. Instead of hitting the silent button the party answered the phone. How rude. The phone should have been turned off, or as I do leave it in the car.

I agree with Loretta. . . when you are waiting in line to pay and the salesperson answers the phone. Instead of asking the phone customer to please wait a moment. . .the salesperson leaves me, a paying in the flesh customer, and goes to look for whatever the phone customer is asking about. I'm a definite cash customer, the phone person is a "maybe" cash customer!

I'm new to the forum and am having fun reading all the comments.
Have Fun,
