Is there a certain background color we are using for these blocks? I’ll need to buy some fabric so I appreciate your help.

Since this is UGRR, a story from the Civil War, Fabric will need to be CW war prints. If you do have El's book, you can follow her guidelines for color, but it is not necessary to duplicate her choices. Use as a guideline... If you don't have the book, let me know, I have an extra copy I can share.

Hi Mary! I had to set my UGRR aside for a little bit, I'm making masks for the teachers for them to be handing out packets to the kids. I'll get back to my blanks ASAP.
