Re: Christmas Block Swap
Maryq, I will be mailing mine out either this afternoon or tomorrow morning. I still have a couple to finish off and I am not sure if I will be able to get them done today.

Re: Christmas Block Swap
Mary, I am running a little behind with my christmas blocks. My son has been in an Allstar tournment, and haven't been home long enough to finish. I still have 2 more blocks to complete before I can send!
Sorry, I won't be meeting the deadline. Maybe you should swap without mine?!

Mary - 6 more to go. I've had to work a lot lately... one 2 week period had 20 hours of overtime.... I can't do the blocks when I'm exhausted, so I'm going to finish them tomorrow!
I think I'm getting the hang of Quilters Cache blocks - make them a little oversized and then trim them down! LOL!!

Re: Christmas Block Swap
OH BOY OH BOY
Another fun day for me at the mail box.
Y'all would have gotten a kick out of this... I'm out mowing my lawn--riding mower, and I think, OH I wonder if the mail is here yet. Being the basically lazy person I am, I drive the mower right up to the mail box. AND what a wonderful treat to find 2 packages of Christmas blocks. So I'm on a roll mowing and don't want to stop, so I tuck them behind my back and finish mowing the front yard. Sure made a nice cushion! HA HA HA !!
I've photographed some
Oh, they were from QuilterLiz and Sunsup... and gals, let me tell you when you get the blocks you will be totally delighted with EVERYBODY'S blocks! In all the blocks so far I don't think I have even seen any duplicates of fabrics! They are all so beautiful!!!
What a pretty lap quilt or wall hanging these blocks will make!
Will keep you updated! Expecting some more next week...
AND for you gals that aren't finished yet... PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT STRESS OUT about it!!!! OMG I don't want anybody in a panic about a deadline.. when they are all in... they'll go out... I don't think anybody's in a big HURRY right????

Things happen in life. We've all had times when things are late.
No big deal.
