You can actully do vegitarian chocolate even raw chocolate recipes are around.

I love the fabrics you got the quilt will be beautiful

Lori that has to be scary to see the fire that close

Carolyn I hope the inhaler helps and keeps you from having any major problems.

I have some dehydrated pinapple to replace my sugar cravings. Its so sweet I think its sweeter than some candy.

Carin - I think it is wonderful that you are willing to try to change your eating patterns to try to improve your health. I am not sure I would be able to change. I am a very picky eater.

Lori - Stay safe! The embers from fires are causing the fires to spread. How many miles away are the fires.

Carolyn - I agree, keep using the inhaler.

I have no energy the day wore me out and by 2:00 the smoke an ash was getting to my voice. good thing the woman teaching with me was not impacted

Lori please keep us posted the fire just jumped the 57 at Lambert and the area south I would guess you are East of the freeway and south of Lambert or maybe Imperial based on being near the Brea border

I was doing a Leadership class for Girl Scout Leaders. It was actually the last one for the year and then the training program is being re-vamped with more on-line training

Carole I am a pretty picky eatter myself but most of my "issues" with food have to do with texture so throwing them in the blender helps me.

Carolyn sorry babe that your voice is going. I bet you are exhasted teaching and the stress of the fires and dealing with asthma.

Carolyn its cool your still involved with the girl scouts even after your girls are out. Most people don't even want to be a troop leader.
