I did 20 minutes on my Log Cabin blocks and another 25 on my batik leaves. :) I am hoping to get more sewing into tonight after dinner.

Is it illegal to work on other projects for the sew in?

Ok! Here I go!

#1. Binding....I trimmed the edges of one quilt and got the fabric ready to make the binding 20 min.

#2. Crazy quilt...I counted to see how many I had and how many I would need. Dug out some scraps to use. 20 minutes

#3. Eights are enough...Surprise! I read the directions and then ironed some of the fabrics. I cut out some of the pieces.Of course I'm making it bigger than the kit was so I searched for more fabrics to go with the ones from the quilt. 40 minutes

#4. Simply Strippy....Again I read the directions! I started cutting out strips to be used for the pieces. 20 minutes

#5 Tobacco Road (tabacker Road where I come from! LOL!)...I'm making this one from scratch, no pattern with it. I planned on the how large to make the unfinished and finished pieces. Ironed some of the fabrics and cut some of the pieces out. 40 minutes

Starting out good but don't know how long it'll last. I start back on shift tonight. May try to get a little more done today, to late for a nap.

8/1 all 5 projects!
