You put so much wonderful fabric in the border GQ! I've spent lots of time just studying that part. I love the FF you used! It adds just the right touch. :) Now the scary part, getting it quilted. It deserves much better then I can do, quilting is not my strong suit.

I am curious: who kept the negative cut out from the center of the pinkish heart? I can't wait to see what you do with it. :)

Wow - GQ - that is AWESOME!!! V-8 moment. Wish I had thought of the "ribbon" (as in ribbon candy) border!!!! LOL!!!!

(I did the plain red - it has hard candy in it).... it's wonderful how everyone pulled the candy theme together!!!

GQ, beautiful! I like the added bow on the center medallion, the little candy canes match up nicely.

That looks great! I was so worried the ribbon border was too big but it seems to fit nicely with the other borders. :)

Oh shoot! I just realized I didn't bring the pattern for my Spring RR! I'll have to work really quick when I get home to get that done.

No worries, CindyB. I just happened to come across the pattern I want to use when I was going through my magazines. It's a very simple paper pieced flower and butterfly that looks very spring-y. I'll do it when I get back to NY.

I think GQ and I need to determine the deadlines for the Spring RR and get them on to the header for that thread.
