I think it's a random drawing. Although you up your odds because each block is an entry. You can send as many blocks as you want. Nobody's judging them, just a random drawing. Besides, it would be an impossible task to pick out the most beautiful block!

Oh yes....you are right Evie. I forgot that it was getting your name in the pot for each block you sent. That makes much more sense.

Yep, Evie is right. One chance for every block sent in to me by August 15th - I'll give it some time so that if someone sends a block on the 14-15th, it will be included!

Cindy, I just sent an email out to two of the groups I am in and asked for orphan blocks. I gave them the deadline date of 8-10 to get them to me so I will have time to ship them to you.

I hope we can get you a '''whole passel''' full for our farmers.


How many have you received so far?? or are you keeping track yet??

Think I will try to make a few more. DBIL can just wait a bit for his quilt. He has waited a year already, what's a few more weeks?

I haven't counted - I really haven't had time (great excuse, huh??) I've worked 13 of the last 14 days, tomorrow will be 14 of the last 15 days, but I'm NOT working Monday!!! LOL!!!
