I was bound and determined to get my butterfly blocks done today. I have sewn, taken out, sewn, taken out, sewn and now I'm going to go watch Nashville Star and take out AGAIN! I was doing so good this morning and then BAM, I couldn't do anything right!

#5 2,984 hours today! (At least it seemed like it!) :(
Added to the 40 minutes I worked on #5 this morning.

Kathy it sure seemed like I worked on those blocks that long. Nothing went right on them and the block was really an easy block! Well, maybe it wasn't quite that many hours but it was several of them. LOL!

Report July 28
Project #4 - Hospice/Birthday quilt... 3 hours almost to the point now of sewing all the rows together for the emperor star and then sewing on the borders...

Thats all I worked on today, wasn't feeling all that great. I will just do what I can do in the future and try not to stress out over completing things. I want quilting to be a stress reducer not a stress builder..
Thank you all for your words of encouragement...and please say a prayer for my furry friend, he will undergo surgery tomorrow for bladder stones which were just found by accident when they were x-raying him for a bad leg so he has to go thru 2 surgeries but this one is the most urgent and important.
Thanks again
Beth
