Final Details for Autograph Quilt #2

Glad to find out that I'm not the only one who hasn't started these yet. My material is all set to go, I'm just waiting for my VACATION which can't come soon enough. Only 16 more days to go and I'm off work for 10 continuous days. No definite plans, just want to relax & take it easy. And, of course, uninterrupted sewing time!!

So far the blocks I have are all signed. I think we will probably have 40 people by the time the 31st of Oct. is here we have someone else getting ready to sign up now. So we will be at 14. I will post again. Maybe we can get some of the newcomers to sign up with us. Don't give up yet. Bev

Ok so I need to make 40 of these blocks? and what fall material is needed? Can I pick out any type I like? Ok since you gals talked me into this I will give it a try.

It's the QIAD Autumn/Winter fabric you will need 2 yards. (I ordered extra to use on outside borders you can order now or later.) To use it 2 colorways you will want 2 different fabrics then you can use your muslin for the other 2 corners and the signature block. When you finish your 40 blocks you sign them with your name and forumn name and you can write your state and city on them if you want or draw something that makes us think of you. You can press them on freezer paper to write on them that makes it easier to write on them. When you finish everything you will mail them to me include a postage paid envelope so I can trade everyone's blocks and send your 40 exchanged blocks back to you.

Ok I will grab my material this Friday. I was thinking it would be cool to have all different fabrics that make us all unique but I will spend the money and get two colors I saw a couple I liked. I just wish they had more manly material LOL. Anyway I am looking forward to being part of this project. Thank you all so much for asking me to be a part of it.
