Hello everyone!Just to let everyone know Puerto Rico is not a foreign country.It is part of the United States.The people born there are American citizens,that's why you don't need a passport(so far).Every election for generations they always have on the ballot to make Puerto Rico the 51st state.But there are pros and cons on that.Just a little history lesson:>Yvette
