Looks like we have 8 swappers and two more considering it.

This will be a fun swap.

Chriss, I got to thinking LOL I know that's bad ;) are the bow ties in each 6 1/2" block supposed to be the same color or are they supposed to be scrappy there too? I've done these ones so far all the same and then started thinking......LOL
Tina

Oh and what about the background color too...same on each 6 1/2" or scrappy?

Tina, good question and one I haven't thought of.

one 6 inch block should have one same fabric bow tie and one fabric back ground.

Try to make your bow tie the same and use another fabric for your next bow tie.

Kind of like the directions. there are 4 different bow ties one of each fabric. I sure hope that makes sense.

Good question Tina, the ones I have cut are the same for each 6 1/2 inch tie, but the set of 4 all different.

I just made 17 blocks and they are super easy. I did add 1/8 inch when cutting the 3 1/2 inch blocks and I also did a scant seam to get them to turn out big enough to square up. It will be about 1/8" to trim off. We should buzz through these in no time.

Here are a few I have done so far. This is such a great scrap buster.

Wow Tina, you scared me! I have done the same as everyone, whew! I have 12 done, and enough cut out for 8 more. They do go fast, but I don't think I have made a dent in my stash! I am cutting the same as Vinae, leaves enough to square up....

Love yours Vinae! I'm cutting mine like yours too, that 1/8" makes a difference for me anyways.
These are so fun to make!
