Just saw this and wondered if it would work for any dogs that are loved on here like Odie or Scottie?

Also, for those who suffer with feet you can't get warm, I found a pair of slippers that have rice inserts and can be heated up in the microwave - I love them! They are just difficult to walk in!

Ready for my power snooze, did batch laundry on a ringer washer, hang dry, sewed jelly rolls. Kitten jumped on cover of washer, needs his vibration excitement, and warmth. So dry in this house everything we touch get zapped. Electrically speaking I have been tested for resistance I'm high voltage according to electrical testers. Crazy!

Came upstairs to watch a quilt video from u tube, so interesting. Oh! the sun is in my window. Like kitten I'll chose the couch and sleep under the warm sunlight, dream of some nice sandy beach, palm trees, tan lotion and some goergeous looking movie star...

Good late afternoon from what else, cold, dreary, snowy, SW. Pa....This is really getting old, isn't it? All our schools have been cancelled for the day and probably have a late start tomorrow...As most of you already know, this is brutal!

Well, I think I'm on my way back to the land of the living...BUT, one good thing, I have lost weight so all is not bad....And Florida is still on the menu....I just have to figure out when I'm going and coming....I normally go for 2-3 months so we'll see...I have until October to use up my tickets....

Maryz, WOW, putting Bill to work...He really is a busy, busy man, isn't he? But, it really isn't work if it's something you like doing, right? And it sounds like you know how to have fun while the poor guy is out there slaving...Good for you! I made my reservations with Southwest and they don't charge to change but with the rates going up, I will have to pay the difference....When I made those reservations, my flight was really cheap but now!

Chriss, I have a feeling you will ace both interviews...No Problem! I still can't believe what all you and Jerry have had to go through...But, it's almost over now....I think this is the week for good things...Talked to Kevin's wife last night and she was offered a full time job in her office with all the benefits....As you know who would say, Happy, Happy, Happy!

Judi, What part of Florida are you visiting? Maybe I'll join your little group...Sounds like more fun than flying, even with a demented cat.....

I think my time is up....At least it's time for another cup of tea...Thanks for all the well wishes, I really do appreciate it.....

You all have a great rest of the day
Stay warm, stay safe.......

Judi, what a great quilt story... and a lot of special memories... I have some retired quilts that were Jerry's grandma's.. sad they won't be cuddled... maybe I could take some of each one and make a new quilt...

Maryq.. the red/white block will be only red with a WOW background... no muslin.. 12 1/2 inches unfinished, quilters choice times 20... you go girl...putting pieces of a memory quilt in a frame is a great idea...

Lyn, you could come to California, we have dry heat here...I have to agree with you about humidity...

Jana, sorry about your freezer.. what fun for your girls group to learn so much..

Cindy, you can keep your humid weather, I will stick with my dry stuff...lol... if I had married my HS sweetheart I'd be living in one of the Dakota's drinking beer and riding on a motorcycle... thank God I didn't make that mistake...

Sherry, saying I won't buy more doesn't work for me either, but darn it I will keep saying it.. maybe I will talk myself into it sooner or later...lol

Karlene, I don't think rice slippers will work too well for me...lol.. but thanks for the info.

O'Dorothy, I like your "this is the week for good things" motto, I'm going to keep it for me...congrats to Kevin's wife...Frankly I don't care if I pass either interview.. I already have the job and the kid...lol.... I'm so glad you are still on for Florida.

dinner is ready and being put on the table.. if you all want ravaoli and salad you best get here quick

xo
