*Smile or not*

So far I have not shaken my head ache. First took an advil, but a few laters it was still there and getting worse. Just now took an aspirin and went ahead to take my night meds. Drank a sleepy tyme tea with that. My neck and shoulder are tight and I can;t see straight.

I tried a nap, but was too restless.

I think I'm ginna call it a night.
