Whoops time has gotten away from me posting. I LOVE ALL the blocks so far and look forward to putting them all together as time allows.

I am having FUN making my blocks. I LOVE the fabrics I have chosen and all is coming together nicely but slowly. I have no doubts I will finish on time but hoping for earlier.

Hope everyone is enjoy the Spring. It has been crazy weather here. Wicked wind storm yesterday that landed Rob on his but shutting the gate. He is sore but thank the Good Lord nothing worse happened. The day before we hit 90*. Way to early for that. Everyday life is happening which in our case is really really nice to enjoy. We just need to move slower when we get up and down. The joys of getting older each year.

Therapy is going well and I have hopes and praying that by the end of the month i will be walking and sitting with no pain. I will be very happy to start walking again at the Strata Center. An indoor walking ring. I have dearly missed my friends.

I've been kinda stalled in my progress, hopefully this weekend will see more sewing. Outside has really been demanding this year.
We're having a brown out today, it's horrible!

I wasn't able to work on my blocks last weekend after all. I was missing some papers I needed for taxes and had to find them so I could get my taxes completed. I will get more done this weekend (hopefully completed or at least half of what I have left). My goal is to have them ready to mail by April 30th at the latest, but time will tell.

This quilt is going to be so much fun.

Maryz, I am still not at 100%, but I am feeling much better. Thank you for asking. Even after getting blood and iron in the hospital and increasing/changing my iron supplement, I am still tired and just want to sleep, but this too shall pass (eventually).

I work 9-6 today and then start my weekend. I am excited to get more sewn on my blocks.

Mary Rose, i’m glad to hear you are feeling better but we don’t want you to overdo . just take it easy. Slow and steady wins the race.

We have had a fun trip but today is our last vacation day. We should be home late tomorrow afternoon.
