I too am waiting, but a little worried also.

A U.S.Mail truck, headed for San Antonio, TX, was involved in an accident a few days ago and alot of the mail was burned when the truck's gas tank caught fire. I hope whoever was my SP did not have their package on that truck. I live just outside of San Antonio and our mail would probably have been on that truck.

I think I've got PM's out to the secret pals to check and see what's up.

Ann - that's horrible!!! Couple of years ago a mail truck burned in Missouri, and there were several payments for work that were time sensitive for cash discounts on that truck.... took at least six months to figure out what payments were burned and we weren't going to receive... a total mess.

HAVE NOT HEARD IF MY SECRET PAL RECEIVED HER PACKAGE THAT I MAILED FROM WASHINGTON STATE ON THE 11TH OF MARCH - EVEN SENT HER A MESSAGE THE OTHER DAY BUT STILL HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM HER - SORRY IF THERE IS A SNAG OR IF YOU ARE MAYBE NOT FEELING WELL

HOPE TO HEAR YOU RECEIVED IT SOON

Thank you Supermother9! I received my gift today! The fat quaters will be perfect in a scrappy red, white and blue quilt I plan on making this summer. The note pad is perfect yes I do "forget to start again" to often lol!! Thank you so much!

Thank you so much for the info CindyB. How do you ever remember what is going on in our lives??? Even when I tried to keep track by writing it all down I got confused. Is it age?? I did just turn 60"???

Beatr: I PMd you this morning. For those who wonder about what was going on...just leave it to me to lose the package after it came. And
before I opened it! I have been frantically searching and finally found it in the wee hours of this morning...thank goodness.

Beatr sent me a lovely huge selection of 6:squares, two Pink Ribbon chip clips (she is a breast cancer survivor, and I had recently required biopsies), along with a nice card and personal note.
