MaryQ- those are beautiful blocks and such a fun variety.
Mine should be there soon.

I just checked the tracking for Vinae and Sue's blocks. they must have gotten on the same plane because they are in the same place at the same time. It would be funny if they arrived separately thinking we didn't know what they were up to.

Becky, a cheerleader is nice to have. and you are a cool grandma. When I was young my grandma made me a carpenters apron so I could work with my grandpa. I couldn't see above the iron board but she let me pick Batman or Superman, which ever I picked magically appeared on the apron. Either she was magic or her iron was. that was a good memory, Brytt getting to pick fabric and getting to sit with you while you sew will also be a great memory.

Lori, we aren't all fast. Im still working on mine. But I have to say this is one of the quickest blocks Ive done in quite a while.

I have to say Sue, when I saw Susan on the return address it took me a minute to figure out who Susan was, LOL. Never thought of you as a Susan I guess.

I haven't looked at the blocks yet or even opened the packages. I will get to that tomorrow evening.

Hi Chriss~ Glad the blocks made it to your place. One never knows these days....had to laugh about Susan. Only my father ever called me that, and that is what is on my Credit Card. The names must match or no postage given. LOL Thanks again for all your hard work in dealing with the SWAPS.

It's kind of crazy here. I am going to sew as much as possible today then empty part of my sewing room. Jerry will install new shelving for my fabric totes next week, then I can get back to sewing. I am hoping to have my blocks done today.

I'm going to do my best to get my blocks in the mail tomorrow.

Today I will start making more of these to make some comfort quilts. They sew up so quickly, I could get them together in a more timely time frame.


For now it's off to church.
